Joy Jennings

Joy brings extensive leadership and governance experience across nonprofit, housing, and educational organizations. Joy has served as president of both a housing corporation and an alumni association board, and currently serves as a trustee and executive committee member of the Saint Anthony Educational Foundation. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Joy has also held leadership roles at both the campus and national levels.

Professionally and personally committed to inclusion, Joy is the co-founder of Inclusive Arts, a theater company that provides professional performance opportunities for individuals with autism, and serves on the board of Carolina Youth Dance, supporting inclusive social dance initiatives. As the parent of a child with autism, Joy is deeply dedicated to advancing supportive, inclusive housing and community environments that empower individuals to live with independence, dignity, and a true sense of belonging.
